Dr. Laura Lundell, Psy.D

Laura is a licensed clinical psychologist. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and completed both her Masters of Science (M.S.) and Doctorate of Psychology (Psy.D.) in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Lundell enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Specific areas of interest include complex trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Her treatment philosophy is rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered approach and utilizes various treatment modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
A Coralville native, she enjoys being outdoors, running, and spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
