Drew Martel, LISW

Drew is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). He received his Bachelor and Master’s degrees from the University of Iowa. He provides psychotherapy to adults and teens, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In addition to providing therapy, Mr. Martel is the Crisis Services Director for Foundation 2, as well as Adjunct Faculty at the University Of Iowa School Of Social Work. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Cedar Rapids.
In his free time, he loves woodworking, playing the banjo, and canoeing. He is also a veteran of the US Navy.
